About the event

Rāraka Wānaka
This Sunday 17th August we will be coming together to spend a couple of hours doing rāraka together (weaving). We will practise our materials preparation, and learn how to use it to make a small whāriki (mat). Kua raraka tahi tātou he whāriki mō āpōpō - together we weave the mat for future generations.
