Counterpunch Parkinson's Boxing Class

A Parkinson's specific boxing class.

Classes will work on improving posture, balance, gait, size and speed of movement, as well as strength, agility and flexibility. A fun inviting environment for you to let off steam, complete complex tasks, have a laugh, connect with others and give Parkinson's a bashing.

All are welcome, please arrange a time for initial consult before attending first class.

Classes are listed with Sport BOP’s Live Stronger for Longer Falls Prevention program, keeping you on your feet and functioning well for longer. ​
