Moon and Waves: Mothers & Babies Support Circle
A 4-week journey of connection, nourishment, and gentle support

Join us for a heart-centered support circle designed especially for mothers with babies aged 0–9 months. Over four weekly sessions, you’ll be guided through a nurturing blend of self-care practices, singing, meditation, and community connection — all held in a warm and welcoming space.

Led by musician and sound ceremonialist Alice Sea, this course includes:

Soothing songs and lullabies to share with your baby
Gentle breathwork, guided visualizations, and meditations
Supportive discussions on postpartum wellbeing, nutrition, and adrenal care
A calm, cozy environment to relax, share, and connect with other mums
Warm tea and wholesome snacks provided each session

Course Dates: Fridays —1st, 8th, 15th, and 22 August
Time: 9:30am – 10:30am
Location: Alice’s cottage, Mount Maunganui (2 minutes from Mount Drury playground)
For: Mothers with babies aged 0–9 months
Small group setting — limited spaces available
