We warmly invite you to our next Family Constellation Group Event in June 2025
Our theme for the day is „Allowing connection“and exploring what this could feel like together.
“Sometimes, past hurt or trauma leads us to guard ourselves—shutting out the very connection we long for.
At this event, we will explore what we’ve been protecting and what new supportive boundaries and choices might allow more connection, flow, and ease in our lives.
Together, in a safe and sacred space, we welcome the possibility of reconnection—with ourselves, with others, and with the strength of those who came before us.”
There is no need for prior constellation experience but to attend with a curious heart to go within.
Our session will be facilitated within the safety of a small group, where we can explore entangled situations in our lives with a new awareness.
This can allow a shift towards tapping into the intergenerational support we all have access from our ancestors.
By creating balance and order, we can embrace growth and new opportunities.
Family Constellations can be utilised for trauma work, goal setting, and clarity when making big life decisions.

Please advise, before the event, if you suffer mental illness or schizophrenia, so you can arrange appropriate support for you.
The session will begin with a cup of tea and a short meditation to help us land in our gorgeous setting. The day will evolve fluidly and be attuned to planetary influences and the energies of the day and participants.
Two names will be drawn out of the hat to receive a constellation. You are more then welcome to observe or represent for others as you wish. It is my personal experience that we receive a lot of healing from representing or observing in the circle.
Comfortable clothing and warm slippers or socks can be a nice way to set you up for a day of expansion. You can bring a journal and pen and your astrological chart if you want.
Please bring a plate of nourishing kai to share for morning tea and a shared lunch.

Family constellations is the creation of Bert Hellinger, a German psychologist. Hellinger travelled to South Africa as a missionary in the 1950s. He became interested in the customs of the Zulu people and a particular ceremony they did to understand one another.
