Step into a 90-minute immersive experience of breathwork, movement, and sound.
Guided by the powerful synergy of Tarsha Manning and MCAliceSea, this journey begins with grounding 9D breathwork—to connect deeply with your body and breath. From this rooted presence, you’ll be invited into a gentle ambient soundscape, awakening your body through intuitive movement and somatic awareness.
As the energy rises, we transition into a vibrant ecstatic dance wave, with a live DJ set by AliceSea, layered with live percussion, igniting wild, expressive, and liberated movement.
We complete the arc with a return to stillness: live sound healing featuring handpan and vocals by Alice, bathing you in a field of peace, presence, and deep integration.
This is more than a dance.

What You’ll Receive:

✨Loose, comfortable clothing (nothing restrictive around your belly or diaphragm)
✨Most importantly: an open mind and an open heart
⏰ Arrival & Preparation:
✨Arrive 15 minutes early to ground and settle.
✨Eat light and hydrate beforehand. Avoid stimulants or heavy meals.
✨No alcohol or recreational substances 24 hours before the session.
✨Come with clear intentions, but no expectations—just presence and receptivity.

A breathing session may not be suitable if you experience or have experienced:
• Cardiovascular issues or abnormal blood pressure
• Epilepsy, seizures, or aneurysms
• Severe psychiatric symptoms (e.g., psychosis, paranoia, bipolar)
• Osteoporosis, recent surgeries, or glaucoma
• Pregnancy
• Asthma (please bring an inhaler and consult your doctor)
• Emotional/spiritual crisis or untreated mental health conditions
