Chair Yoga is designed to build muscle, strengthen, rejuvenate and restore the mind-body-soul. Together we weave the current energy of the moon, stars and season into our movements as we practice. We do much of our class from seated and incorporate a lot of hand yoga, meditation and breath practice to our session.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

Classes run in 4 week blocks and are $40 for entire block. Drop in may be available on a week by week basis at $15 a class and is subject to availability. Classes are non-refundable.

Dress very comfy, barefoot, socks or slippers are recommended. Water or herbal tea is encouraged.
