Relax and Recharge: Create your own spell bag & Tibetan Bowl Sound Bath

Join Claire and Zoe for this super relaxing event of sound & vibration meditation, allowing you to settle into your space feeling calm, relaxed and to allow your creative juices to flow.

You will be welcomed with a herbal tea, and then settle down to a seated Tibetan bowl meditative sound bath with Claire. During this time we will set our intention for the workshop.

The contents of a spell bag are carefully chosen to manifest desires such as protection, prosperity, love, healing and many more.

In this thought provoking workshop you'll be shown how to make pretty spell bags from a variety of fabrics, which can then be filled with a variety of lovingly home grown dried herbs.

They make special gifts for both yourself and others and can be carried in a handbag or strategically positioned in a home or workspace to influence specific energies.

All materials will be provided to make 3 spell bags
