Join Claire and Vic on this Friday evening workshop, perfect after a week of work or school/parent duties.

A calming space and a chance to allow yourselves to reconnect and reset through the benefits of cold water therapy and sound and vibration.

This calming and peaceful workshop will take place outside under the festoon lights in the garden.
