QiGong & Gong Bath Special Balanced Energy for Late Summer Workshop

Join Claire and Dayna for a powerful energy balance outdoor session in Delamere Station House Gardens practicing the ancient form of qigong and enjoying a soothing sound bath with Dayna and Claire.

Qigong works with the energetic layer of the body, allowing you to have a gentle and slow somatic experience. It's perfect for balancing internal energy through movement and shifting any blocked energy in the body.

This practice works perfectly before of a sound healing session, where Claire will use the power of the Gongs to ensure you slip into a deep peaceful state.

Ticket price also includes a herbal tea and a sweet treat and time at the end to connect with others.

Once you are booked in, Claire & Dayna will send you the information you need for the workshop a few days before.
