Life unfolds miraculously in spheres that expand, connect and leave traces. This is also the case with painter Jessica Färberkind and photographer Lenny Foster: two artistic souls whose paths first touched in 2002 in Taos, New Mexico. Even then, a silent connection was formed, a subtle imprint in each other's inner circle.
Jessica returned to Germany, where she worked in deep connection with nature: she created her own colors with the blossoms from her garden - pure pigments from the flowers, the earth, from life itself.

Lenny stayed in Taos, later moved to Florida - also constantly inspired by the beauty of flowers and nature.
In the spring of 2025, they both opened up to Taos again, independent of each other and yet connected. Lenny followed in the footsteps of Georgia O'Keeffe, traveling to White Sands and Black Place. At the same time, Jessica once again felt the call of this place, which had remained a place of longing for her for decades, even though she lived almost 6000 miles away.
This second encounter gave rise to an artistic collaboration that was not planned, but grew - like a seed that had long lain dormant beneath the surface and was now beginning to blossom.
A place beyond time and form
The two artists' joint work is rooted in poetry, nature, philosophy and spirituality. Their works spring from a place where silence reigns - beyond time, beyond form. Jessica’s plant colors have now found a home in the vastness of Lenny’s landscape photographs of New Mexico. It is not about the mere depiction of flowers or landscapes though, but about what they carry: presence, becoming, compassion and awakening.
Here, art becomes a space in which the transient and the eternal meet. A medium that makes the transcendent tangible - free from religious or cultural limitations. These works invite us not only to see, but to feel. Not just to look at, but to become part of.
Earth, color, light - and the invisible
The natural materials Jessica works with are not merely a means to an end. Conversely, they also work with her, create harmony. They decay, change and recreate themselves. It is an eternal cycle in which water, plants, earth and woman enter into an artistic balance.
Lenny captures the moments of light and stillness in which the ethereal becomes visible.
Their art unites opposites: the childlike and the timeless, the floating and the earthbound, the formless and the holding. In their combination, something is created that is not controlled but received. Traces of this encounter run through their works - they connect heaven and earth, artist and material, viewer and origin.
An invitation to connect
This collaboration is a ritual of connection with the present moment. A way to see yourself and life (anew) - intuitively and liberated from previous ideas.
Lenny Foster and Jessica Färberkind create spaces in which the invisible takes shape, fleeting and profound at the same time. Their works are a silent celebration of life, a declaration of love for what remains when everything else fades and for what has always existed.
