Meet Your Instructor: Yashmin B.

Yashmin B. is a dedicated individual with a passion for life, whose diverse journey began in Puerto Rico with early training in jazz and ballet from the age of 8. By 15, she embarked on a professional dance career with Dance Machine in PR, performing and teaching alongside renowned Latin American stars. Driven by her love for dance and fashion, she relocated to Miami, where she danced for four seasons with the Miami Heat Dancers, concluding her tenure as a dance captain and gaining recognition from top choreographers.

Following marriage and her role as a military wife raising two children, Yashmin explored diverse career paths, becoming an elementary school Spanish teacher, Zumba instructor, certified makeup artist, and an E-RYT 200 yoga instructor. Her journey led her to North Carolina, where she embraced the social dancing community, training in Salsa and Zouk. Now residing in Tampa, Florida, Yashmin is passionate about serving and impacting others through dance, believing in changing the world one step at a time, aligned with her dreams and aspirations.

This unique workshop is designed to transform your dance, no matter your level – from beginner to advanced. We'll dive deep into fundamental aspects of ballet, jazz, modern techniques, and intuitive movements, integrating them directly into your social dancing. Discover how to improve your technique, self-control, and expand your movement awareness, fostering greater balance, flexibility, alignment, and freedom on the dance floor. Plus, we'll incorporate elements of yoga and energetic concepts to connect your body, mind, and spirit, unifying all elements of your being through the dance experience.
