Project Health Start: Back to School Physicals

Big Announcement!!!! TLC TELECARE has expanded and now has an office space. Our first event in collaboration with The Well: Community Wellness Hub will be for the children, Project Healthy Start. Back to school physicals will be performed on site Sunday August 3rd from 11am-3pm. If vaccines are needed they will also be available. An appointment must be made in advance. If spaces fill up that's OK you will not be turned away BUT it does help speed up the process. Use the QR code on the flyer for an appointment 🤗
