PDRP Objectives:
- Ensure the county returns to normalcy as quickly as possible following disasters
- Improve housing recovery and business continuity after disasters
- Strengthen infrastructure resilience and sustainability
- Ensure a coordinated, well-funded redevelopment strategy
- Protect historic, cultural, and environmental resources
