Enjoy a movement and meditation practice on the water floating amongst Mother Nature, under the high sun. Join us in a beautiful watery oasis for a stand up paddle board (SUP) yogic experience. We will begin by getting comfortable on our boards focusing on standing balance and paddling first. Eventually finding ourselves in a seated position in meditation and connecting with the body through breath. This class is meant to be more gentle, with the option to modify and participate as much or as little as desired. Class will end with a deeply soothing savasana as you connect to the nature and beauty of life around you

Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.



Please RSVP no later than 24 hours before class.

Class time subject to change due to weather conditions. I try to stay within an hours difference.
