Designed especially for seniors, this uplifting experience uses fun and thoughtful prompts to help you capture cherished memories, meaningful moments, and life's little treasures. Whether it's recalling childhood adventures, unforgettable vacations, or favorite family recipes, you'll laugh, reminisce, and create a keepsake that celebrates your unique story. Let's turn memories into a legacy worth sharing!

Just as your body needs to be exercised, so does your brain. You can stimulate your mind with activities such as reading, playing a musical instrument, doing puzzles, learning new things, taking up a hobby, or volunteering. Complex and stimulating work, such as teaching or constantly solving problems, has also been shown to improve cognition. In this session, we will encourage memory and recognition, combined with creativity to create little books to show your friends and family.
