365 Property Partners is a full-service real estate solutions firm that buys and sells properties throughout the greater Tampa Bay area. Our specialty has changed from buying distressed homes at a significant discount to renovate and resell them to retail home buyers. We now primarily focus on new construction buying vacant lots or tear down houses in select neighborhoods in Hillsborough and Pinellas County. Because we are actively looking for these opportunities, we occasionally find homes better suited for rehabs. We have wholesaled more 25 homes in the last two years. Senior Partner Jerry Britt is excited to lead a team that builds houses as their contribution to the economic improvement of Tampa Bay area neighborhoods. He also owns 17 rental doors under a different company name.
