Plate 2: Kurogoma Snow Pea Tips — Snow pea tips dressed in a black sesame paste.

Cup 3: Cold Buckwheat Tea — Refreshing and nutty, served chilled.

Bowl 4: Rice: Steamed Shortgrain Rice — Fluffy and simple, our signature handroll rice served plain (no vinegar).

Bowl 5: Madai Seafood Soup — A light and umami-rich broth, inspired by traditional Korean soup, featuring sea bream.
