Where music LOVERS fall in LOVE with Yoga.
The class is a moving meditation (Vinyasa/Flow), breath moves the body, "flowing" through yoga posture to a variety of genres of music. Like our Dark Wave Yoga class, these classes are focused on staying in the present moment and enjoying the music on the moment. Our teachers, design classes to flow from simple postures, towards more complex postures, offering options to modify or intensify. House of Yoga is meant to lift your spirits, celebrate community, listen to music, practice yoga and meditation.
All Levels - Intermediate classes are meant to be challenging, but offer plenty of options to modify.
