Our music inspired classes like House of Yoga and Dark Wave Yoga are where music LOVERS fall in LOVE with Yoga.
House of Yoga on Sundays and Wednesdays, teach us how to find a moving meditation of breath and yoga postures. The class is all- Intermediate level and will be challenging but accessible to most levels. Classes are focused on controlling the breath and moving the best you can on that day or evening. Lucky Cat Yoga is a no pressure to perform zone.
Our teachers, design classes to flow from simple postures, towards more complex postures, offering options to modify or intensify. House of Yoga is meant to lift your spirits, celebrate community, listen to music, practice yoga and meditation.
All Levels - Intermediate classes are meant to be challenging, but offer plenty of options to modify.
