Then, improve your knife skills and learn the proper method to julienne your vegetables. You'll also learn the technique to cut and season sushi-grade fish. Begin assembling your sushi by spreading the rice onto nori sheets and layer the fish and vegetables. Master the technique of rolling sushi with a mat before slicing your rolls. Serve pickled ginger and wasabi on the side and enjoy your homemade spicy tuna rolls.
