FREE Introduction Class - Gracie Combatives

Every two weeks we invite you to a Free Introduction Class in our base program; Gracie Combatives, suitable for both men and women ages 13+.

The GC program consists of 23 classes. Each time we choose a different class to introduce you to the amazing art of Jiu-Jitsu!

You can join by yourself or together with a friend or family member (yes, your parent (grand parent) can join too! All self-defense techniques are based on natural body movements, so no excuses or accepted! :)

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED, the program is SAFE, FUN & VERY USEFULL in the case you get into a fight!
