At different stages of life, our dreams and fantasies take shape — some rooted in deep desires, others in unconscious longings. But what happens when we pause and look closely at them? Are they guiding us, holding us back, or asking to be reimagined?

This meeting is an invitation to explore the world of inner imagery — the dreams we once had, the fantasies we carry, and what they might reveal about our needs, fears, and possibilities. Whether you feel haunted by unfulfilled visions or driven by persistent yearning, this is a space to reflect, not to judge. Together, we’ll open up a space for curiosity and dialogue with your inner world — one that may hold both insight and renewal.
Meet Facilitator:
Alex Krylov is a psychotherapist in training at the Riga Gestalt Institute, specializing in Group Facilitation, and is pursuing an MSc in Psychology, focusing on adapting Western psychotherapy methods in collectivist societies. What to Expect:
The Language of Longing – Learn how fantasies often speak the emotional truths we can’t yet name out loud — about love, power, freedom, or escape.
Dreams as Messengers – Explore how dreams (night or day) can offer symbolic insight into what’s stirring in the unconscious.
Bringing Imagination into Life – Consider how parts of your inner world may be integrated or reworked to move forward with greater clarity and self-connection.
