Begin your run at the amphitheater area inside Cascades Park, near the intersection of Gadsden Street and E Gaines Street.

🏃♂️ Route Description:
1. Head southwest on the Capital Cascades Trail, staying on the paved greenway alongside FAMU Way.
2. Continue past Lake Anita on your left and Bond Street on your right.
3. Pass Railroad Avenue and enter the Railroad Square Art District.
4. Continue running until reaching Gamble Street, just past Railroad Square.
5. At this point (approx. 1.5 miles), turn around and retrace your steps back to the starting point.

Return to Cascades Park Amphitheater for a total distance of ~3 miles (1.5 miles out, 1.5 miles back).
