Southern Classics with Carolina Barbeque

In this demonstration-style class, Chef Jessica will showcase classic Carolina flavors, from tangy vinegar-based barbecue to creamy coleslaw. You’ll start with perfectly seasoned deviled eggs, followed by a hearty Brunswick stew brimming with chicken, pork, and garden vegetables.

The star of the evening is North Carolina–style pulled pork, smoked low and slow for melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. Pair it with classic coleslaw for that signature Southern crunch. Finish the night on a bright, sweet note with a homemade lemon meringue pie.
