Leaders Evolve And Develop (LEAD) Training Program

If your organization wants to develop smarter business strategies, attract and retain top talent and gain a real advantage over its competitors, it must have great leadership. LEAD is a leadership development training program for up-and-coming, new or existing supervisors and managers. While effective for businesses of all sizes, this lower-cost program was designed specifically with smaller businesses and nonprofit organizations in the Capital Region in mind. With a limited number of seats available, participants not only gain valuable knowledge but also actively participate and network throughout the program.

Cost is $500 per participant. The training fee is non-refundable; however, registrants may send a replacement to attend in their place or transfer their registration to the next year, if 24 hours notice is provided. Should the fee increase year-to-year, the registrant will be responsible for any additional cost.
