Invite The Muse Arty Party 🌺✨🎨

Want to be more creative? Or maybe you even doubt you are creative? Or perhaps you just want to come play together?
This workshop is all about discovering ways to tap into your own inner muse. Life can be intense and sometimes we go around a bit shut down, just to survive. But you deserve to thrive! So let’s open ourselves back up and Invite The Muse! We’ll do activities together that help us get more settled and comfy in our bodies, quiet our minds and tap into our senses and our feeling side, so we can get creative.
And then we play! I’m bringing a bunch of supplies for different art forms so once we get that creativity activated, you can play and explore.
There’ll be supplies for painting and drawing, collage supplies if you think you can’t draw, writing supplies for our poets, some simple musical instruments, and more!
I’m a grown up who needs recess! How about you? I think we all need to play!
