Our three day EP Course is now available!
This course will be led by a retired US Secret Service Agent with over 30 years of Presidential Protection duties. Our founder and Dean of Education, Dr. Nicholas Cooley will help lead additional topics of situational awareness, firearms training, and legal aspects of Executive Protection.
Requirements (Must be 1 of 3):
Florida Class D&G Security Officer
Florida CC Intern or C Investigator (with Class G license)
Registered Georgia Armed Security Officer
***MUST have Driver's License and Security Licenses IN HAND UPON ENTRY***
***Please check your license status with FDACS prior to signing up. We will NOT allow you to take this course without a CURRENT license***
Class runs from 8am-7pm each day. We will have short breaks and working lunches.
You will need the following:
500 rounds of Handgun duty ammo
50 rounds of Shotgun Ammo - "00" Buckshot (9 pellet only)
Full duty gear, cargo pants only (NO JEANS OR SPANDEX), duty boots, ball cap
Eyes and ear protection (we will provide if needed)
Florida Class G Handgun Requal is available at an extra cost
Range fee is included in the cost of this course.
You will receive two certificates upon completion:
1. Basic Executive Protective Specialist
2. Florida Class G Shotgun Qualification (must submit copy to FDACS)
Cost is $450 per student
To hold your seat, we will require an initial deposit of $225 (NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ALL REGISTRATIONS)
The deadline for the remainder is due no later than Monday, July 21st
Seating is VERY LIMITED. (12 seats available)
