CHAIR YOGA AT LAFAYETTE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class.

Wednesday's at 1pm - 2pm in the Fellowship Hall, you are encouraged to attend Chair Yoga with Jennifer Stone. She is a well known, highly respected Registered Yoga Teacher in Tallahassee, that puts the emphasis on balance, range of motion, flexibility, posture, and breathing exercises. We could all benefit tremendously from this FREE class. It is for designed for both Men and Women, especially seniors, but all age are welcome!

You don't need a yoga mat, and 1-2lb weights are recommended, but optional. Suggested to bring water or other form of hydration.

It is hoped that this will promote a healthier and safer lifestyle.
