7/19 TRD Movie and Mingle Night

Join Tallahassee Roller Derby for a Movie and Mingle Night at Blue Tavern on July 19th! Don't miss this chance to meet your hometown team before you cheer us on at our next home game. Attendees will receive a $5 voucher they can use towards merchandise at the game.

Come early to enjoy the sweet tunes of Blue Tavern's monthly Irish music session (4-7 pm) ...

From 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., get something to eat and drink, and pick our derby players' brains about why roller derby is the best sport ever. Stick around for a screening of an iconic roller derby movie that we cannot endorse as accurate: Kansas City Bomber (1972) starring Raquel Welch. Movie and Mingle is FREE, food and drink available for purchase.

If you like the movie, then you'll LOVE watching a live roller derby game! Come and cheer on your hometown team as we host Montgomery Roller Derby for the very first time on Saturday, June 26. Doors open at 4:00 PM and game starts at 5:00 PM at FAMU Hansel E. Tookes, Sr. Recreation Center (2101 Wahnish Way).
