Colors of the Silk Road: 30th Anniversary Celebration

In celebration of its 30th anniversary, the Silk Road Dance Company will highlight beautiful and beloved choreographies, and premiere a new work, "Qajar Pearls."

Attired in exquisite traditional costumes, this award-winning dance company presents women's dances from various Silk Road cultures.

This performance is dedicated to the memory our beloved mentor, Kizlarkhon Dusmukhamedova, and will emphasize dances she taught to the ensemble.

The pre-concert Bazaar will open at 7pm in the lobby of the Takoma Park Auditorium. Part of the @Takoma Park Arts series organized by the City's Arts and Humanities Division, the concert begins at 7:30 pm. No tickets required but donations are welcome.
Space is limited!

Free parking is available across the street at the Takoma Park Elementary School, the police station parking lot, and local street parking.
