Join Rashida A. Marshall for a sensual and seductive dance and floorwork class. We'll be learning movements to help with re-connecting to our sensuality and getting more in touch with our body. We'll learn tantalizing moves and floorwork techniques and piece it all together in a sexy choreography. This will be a safe space to move freely, explore the elements of your feminine nature, and allow your body to flow. All levels are welcome.
