This sound bath invites you to embrace stillness, reconnect with your inner light, and gently awaken a sense of hope and spiritual rebirth as we move toward lighter days.

We’ll begin with a warm welcome and a short explanation of what the session involves 🌸
Then, you’ll be guided through gentle breathwork, grounding, and a short meditation to help settle in 🌿
The sound journey will follow—about 45–50 minutes of calming, meditative sounds 🎶
You may feel deep relaxation, emotional release, or a sense of peaceful renewal—each experience is unique 🌈
We’ll close with quiet integration and a gentle return to the present moment 🙏

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask for extra comfort, plus a water bottle.
Chairs are available if lying down is uncomfortable—just let me know in advance.
⏳ Doors open at 1:50 PM (Session 1) and 3:50 PM (Session 2). Please arrive on time to settle in before the session begins.
🚗 Parking is available outside the venue.
