Community Planting Day: Red Beach Park

Meeting Point: William Bayes Place, opposite #23, Red Beach
What to Bring:

Join us for a hands-on community planting day at the popular Red Beach Park! We'll be working alongside local groups to enhance this beautiful space by planting a large number of native Apodasmia similis (Oioi) in key areas of the park. Your efforts will help restore local biodiversity and improve the park for everyone.

Whether you're a seasoned planter or new to volunteering, we'd love for you to be part of this important project!

Everyone welcome! Kids and adults. Come along at 10am and stay as long as you can.

Gardening gloves
A clean spade (if you have one – we'll have extras!)
Water bottle & snacks to keep you energised
Dress for the weather (layers and sturdy closed-toe shoes recommended)
