Pottery for Pooches - Make a Mug

Learn how to hand-build your very own mug from scratch or using a range of moulds, then paint your masterpiece and we’ll fire it - all clay, tools and advice provided.
Not only will you learn a new skill and have an awesome handmade mug to keep forever but you’ll also get the warm and fuzzies knowing 100% of your ticket money will be going to The Dog Rescue project thanks to Clay Studios!
Recommended for ages 16+ (under 18 to be accompanied by an adult).
NOTE: You’ll need to climb one small set of stairs to get into the venue.
Parking: Please arrive 15 mins early to give yourself plenty of time to find parking - there are very limited spaces at Clay Studios (around the back), so you’ll likely need to find a spot on the road or a nearby side street. Nearest bus stop is 4 min walk (Des Swann Drive).
Collecting your mug: All mugs will be clear glazed to preserve your design then fired. You’ll receive an email when they are ready - approx 3 weeks later. Clay Studios will do their absolute best to look after your mugs but clay can be unpredictable and it’s never guaranteed your piece will come out of the kiln exactly how it went in!
