行程概述：深坑老街→炮子崙產道→四龍瀑布→茶山古道→林家草厝→猴山岳鞍部→天南宮→大崎嶺步道→阿柔洋產道→深坑。
四龍瀑布又稱炮子崙瀑布，水量大時呈現四條水瀑而得名。
林家草厝是現今仍然保有百年茅草屋頂的土角厝，山友暱稱為台版合掌屋。其附近步道四通八達，可通往深坑、石碇、木柵等地。
