In this therapeutic art session, we will gently explore the inner fears that often surface when living between cultures—like anxiety, self-doubt, and the pressure to adapt or belong. Through guided creative exercises, you’ll express these emotions in a safe, supportive space and begin to transform them into symbols of resilience and self-acceptance. “Facing Your Fears” is about reclaiming your power—by making the invisible visible and honoring the strength it takes to build a life between worlds.
