Target: Minimum 3000 pax from the NCR, 7000 spread to other areas like Cavite, Batangas, Islands – Iloilo, Masbate, Samar, Leyte
Stretch of Walk and Run:
1 km Walk, 3 km walk/ run, 5 km run and 10 km run
Provisions for all walkers and runners:
All will be provided the necessary ‘ecobags’ for the plogging process. Plogging ("Plog" can refer to plogging, a fitness and environmental activity where people pick up litter while jogging or running. It's a combination of the Swedish words "plocka" (pick up) and "jogging," )
All will have a FREE Ticket for the 6th International Sustainability Summit to be held on October 1
All will also have a choice not to join the Plogging, but can just join the summit or vice versa
All will have their respective Race kits/race bib/singlet, medals, sponsors’ loot bag
🟢 1K Plog Walk (Family, Seniors, Mommies/ Daddies, Family Pets & Kiddie Category)
Perfect for beginners, seniors, PWD, families, pets and young children, the 1K Plog Walk is a relaxed, fun-paced walk designed to introduce plogging in a safe, friendly setting. Kids, pets and parents team up to pick up litter while enjoying quality time outdoors. Bring your pets too!!
🔵 3K Plog Jog (Community Starter Run)
The 3K Plog Jog is a great entry-level run for individuals and groups who want to combine light jogging with active cleanup—best for casual joggers, youth groups and barangays. With short distances and high impact, this is the perfect category to get moving and make a difference without pressure.
🟡 5K Plog Run (Fitness Meets Purpose)
This mid-range route is for runners looking to challenge themselves a bit more while still actively collecting litter along the way. The 5K Plog Run promotes endurance, teamwork, and responsibility for one’s surroundings. Ideal for companies, fitness enthusiasts, and eco-volunteers
🔴 10K Eco Challenge Run (For the Committed Changemakers)
Reserved for the serious runners and passionate eco warriors, the 10K category tests your stamina and dedication. Participants must maintain a steady run while continuing to collect litter along the route. It's a race with a cause—and a test of both strength and environmental commitment. Best for athletes, running clubs and advocates.
Awards will be given to both Male / Female Top 3 Finishers from ALL Categories.
