July 19 + 20 (2 days, Saturday & Sunday)
12-5 pm

Reiki is an energy healing modality, originally taught in Japan, that aids in stress reduction, chronic pain relief, reduction of anxiety and so much more. This ancient healing art uses your hands to channel life force energy within us all to assist in cleansing your energy field to encourage self healing.

Participating in a Reiki Training isn't just for those that choose to become practitioners. Reiki is also a self-care practice that helps enhance your wellness journey.

In Reiki Level I, you will learn:

• The history of Reiki

• Basic information about the 7 major Chakras & Human Energy Field

• Reiki Hand Positions

• How to scan the body and work with the energy

• How to use a Pendulum for scanning the energy field

• How to give treatments to yourself and others

• General information about Animal Reiki

• Practice and receive hands-on treatments

You will receive a Reiki Level I attunement, Certificate of course completion, and the ability to practice Reiki on yourself, family, friends and pets.
