✨Experience deep relaxation into the theta meditation state enhanced by Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, multiple Chau and planetary tuned gongs, crystal singing pyramids, koshi chimes, ocean and frame drums, bells, tingshas and more.✨

6:00-6:30 PM Meet and Greet (claim your mat space, grab a cup of hot tea and a snack and explore the breathtaking W.W. Seymour Conservatory botanical garden.

6:30-7:30 PM Sound Bath (Doors close at 6:30 PM sharp!)

7:30-7:45 PM Process and Integration (You are welcome to share your experience, hold space for others and ask questions.)

7:45-8:15 PM Optional Visit and Garden Stroll (Feel free to visit and stroll throughout the conservatory after your sound healing session until 8:15 PM.)⭐
