Mindfulness Meditation at Center for Spiritual Living - Tacoma

7 PM and goes until 7:45, followed by a short break and then a short talk by Drew. Please join us on Thursdays 7:00 to 8:30pm.

Sr. Minister Rev. Drew Ebersol: Sangha is the Sanskrit term denoting a community. In meditation, we gather in Sangha to practice together, share the Dharma (teaching of the way), and deepen our understating of mindfulness and all its applications.

This community is for the beginning meditators, experienced practitioners, and everyone in between. As we practice and learn together, we grow together. Join us on the path.
