We're back at Absolute Yoga this Thursday evening, to dance with ourselves, and to be in community. There's so much one can say about dancing deeply into yourself, and yet words utterly fail to describe it. We feel, we move . . we move, we feel. And through all of that, we transform. One dance at a time.
