Sunday Soul Celebration

this sunday, i’ll be guiding a soul-centered workshop @yoga.mill in sylva, nc. the inspiration behind this practice has been so close to my heart, and i can’t wait to share it.

i know this year’s been a tough one for so many of us. this gathering is an invitation to come back to center, restore your nervous system, and root into the support of shared space.
