Cooking With Jackson County 4-H (October)

Join us as we learn how to cook!

Fun for all ages, all skill levels, something will be covered for everyone!

Every month, this series will cover:

• Cooking with seasonal vegetables
• Healthy meals
• Budgeting
• How to read a recipe
• How to adjust a recipe
• All kitchen skills

Every month, participants will go home with:

• 2-3 recipes starring the "featured" food of the month
• A skill sheet and activity pages
• Increased confidence and skill in the kitchen
• Knowledge of food and how they like to prepare it!
