to embark on a training that goes beyond traditional doula training? Our Embodied Doula Training is not just a program; it's a transformative journey into embodied, compassionate support.

Led by Flow of Life and hosted at Birthstone Breastfeeding and Wellness Center

~ Learn not only how to doula, but why to doula? Doula work is so much more than a job…it’s a calling!

~ Support clients through every stage of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.

~ Learn the fundamentals of fact-based childbirth education

~ Implement a functional, movement-based prenatal yoga practice

~ Cultivate Community #birthworkersneedbirthworkers

~ Plan your steps to begin a career as a birth doula and/or a prenatal yoga teacher

~ Grow as an educator and find passion in becoming an advocate for maternal health
