Discover a gentle and accessible way to stay active and centered with our Chair Yoga Class, led by Sammi Knowles, a Master Level Yoga Instructor. This class is specially designed for individuals with limited mobility or balance concerns and utilizes a sturdy chair to safely adapt traditional yoga poses. It’s perfect for expecting parents and older adults looking for mindful movement and stress relief.
