The focus in this course is Myofascial Release of the lower limbs to improve function at the hip, knee and ankle complex.

This hands on course will equip you to effectively treat the conditions of the lower limbs including, flat feet and anterior knee pain.

Topics Covered:
- Anatomy of the hip, ankle and knee joints
- Learn how to perform Myofascial Release of the:
- Hamstrings
- Quadriceps
- Gluteus Medius
- Iliotibilal Band
- Peroneals
- Tibialis Anterior
- Gastroconemius
- Soleus.
- Assessment of the knee, foot and ankle complex
- Signs & symptoms of flat feet and anterior knee pain
- Treatment protocols for Patellofemoral pain and flat feet
- Corrective exercise to restore arches of the foot
