G4G YOGA 4 GOLFERS - VINYASA

We’re excited to have Bianca Jade as our head Yogini to run our weekly ‘Yoga 4 Golfers’ sessions. After a big week of golf fitness training, there is no better way to prep the body for weekend golf. Bianca is a guru queen with almost 15 years experience. She has designed these yoga sessions to help golfers improve their mobility, specifically targeting key joints and muscles such as the hips, ankles, glutes, hamstrings, lower/upper back & shoulders.

These ‘Yoga 4 Golfers’ classes are FREE for all members and are strictly limited to 12 per class.
