Blue Velvet Jazz is a professional Northern Beaches band performing classic Cool Jazz and Bossa Nova. Specialising in setting the perfect mood with a comprehensive repertoire from jazz greats such as Chet Baker, Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone and Duke Ellington, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Norah Jones, Diana Krall, Frank Sinatra, Billie Holiday, Julie London, Michael Buble, Astrid Gilberto, Cole Porter and George Gershwin.

All the musicians in BVJ do this because we love this music. Its timeless, you will be surprised how many of the songs you'll know and love.
We also bring some bring some contemporary pieces to the genre, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
