Following the former Introduction to French Cheeses hosted by Sandrine in last October, here is a deeper dig into one of the 7 families of cheeses : fresh cheeses.
A flight of 5 cheeses from Mediterranean countries (France, Italy and Greece) will be served with a selection of matching wines.
