New York, 1972. John Lennon and Yoko Ono have moved to Manhattan after John’s departure from The Beatles. Their time in New York is signposted by the great political strife in America at the time, as well as the couple’s charity concert for special needs children, called 'One to One'.

From Academy Award-winning filmmaker Kevin Macdonald, we see an intimate and political snapshot of John and Yoko as they begin their lives in America, utilising unseen footage such as personal phone calls, home movies made by John and Yoko and remastered concert footage from their show 'One to One'.
